Collection: Reflow Oven

In an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) plant, a reflow oven is a critical piece of equipment used in the process of soldering components to a printed circuit board (PCB). The primary function of a reflow oven is to heat the assembled PCBs—on which components have been placed with solder paste applied to the pads—to a temperature high enough to melt (reflow) the solder without damaging the components. This process creates strong and reliable solder joints between the components' terminals and the PCB pads.
